By day, she leads as The Last Ethical Agent, ensuring that every transaction is handled with transparency, professionalism, and a fearless commitment to doing things the right way.

Bella holds a Philosophy degree from UCLA and a Law degree from King’s College London, equipping her with a unique depth of insight when navigating the complexities of the property industry. She has written multiple dissertations in property law, public law, and criminal law, as well as in metaphysics, deepening her understanding of both the legal intricacies of real estate and the philosophical foundations of ownership and value.

Under Bella’s leadership, Chutzpah Property Connect continues to redefine ethical real estate, providing exclusive investment opportunities and tailored equity solutions for high-net-worth clients.
