A commitment fee is payable upon instruction

Our fee is 1.5% + VAT of the final agreed sale price, payable on completion
The commitment fee is credited against our final commission
The commitment fee reflects the upfront work and resources allocated to your property and becomes non-refundable once marketing has commenced, including where the property is withdrawn from the market
