Terms of Instruction

  • A commitment fee is payable upon instruction

  • Our Terms of Business are available on our website and will be provided to you for review prior to instruction

  • You will be required to review and sign our Terms of Business

  • Marketing will not commence until both the commitment fee has been paid and the Terms of Business have been signed

  • Our fee is 1% + VAT of the final agreed sale price, payable on completion

  • The commitment fee is credited against our final commission

  • The commitment fee reflects the upfront work and resources allocated to your property and becomes non-refundable once marketing has commenced, including where the property is withdrawn from the market
