A £900 Commitment Fee (£750 + VAT) is payable upon instruction
The full £900 is credited against our final commission at completion
Our fee is 1.5% + VAT (1.8% inc. VAT) of the final agreed sale price, payable upon completion
Marketing begins once the Commitment Fee has been paid and our Terms of Business have been signed
The Commitment Fee covers the upfront work and marketing allocated to your property and becomes non-refundable once work on your property has begun, including where the property is withdrawn from the market
