    • £750 commitment fee payable upon instruction

    • The £750 fee is credited against our final commission upon completion

    • Our fee is 1% + VAT of the final agreed sale price, payable upon completion

    • Marketing commences once the commitment fee has been paid and terms have been signed

    • The commitment fee covers the upfront work and marketing allocated to your property and becomes non-refundable once marketing has commenced, including where the property is withdrawn from the market
