Chutzpah’s Purpose
Chutzpah Property Connect was born out of a desire to bring ethics back into the property industry. Let’s face it—when people think of estate agents or property advisors, trust isn’t usually the first thing that comes to mind. In fact, many in the industry have rebranded themselves with different titles just to escape the stigma.
At Chutzpah Property Connect, we’re here to change that. Our mission is to reintroduce authenticity, integrity, and transparency into real estate. We believe in honesty, long-term value, and—above all—trust. We’re not just another agency—we’re reshaping the industry, one ethical deal at a time.

What’s Chutzpah? Why Chutzpah? Where Chutzpah?
Chutzpah is a Hebrew word meaning audacious—a mix of boldness, cheekiness, and fearless confidence. It’s about having the guts to stand your ground, challenge the norm, and go after what’s right—no matter what.
I chose the name Chutzpah Property Connect for a reason.
I once had a manager who embodied the worst of the property industry—racist, misogynistic, and ableist. When I left that company, I made a promise to myself: I would never work with people who harbor hate in their hearts. It takes a lot of heart to uphold your values, but that’s what true chutzpah is about.
Later, during an interview with a different company, the director admired my ability to approach and win over a room of people I had never met before. He said, "You have such... such..." searching for the right word. I looked him in the eye and said, "Chutzpah."
He smiled and asked, "Are you Jewish?"
I replied, "Yes."
"Good," he said, "otherwise, you know too much."
To this day, I’m still not entirely sure what he meant, but in that moment, I knew: my chutzpah would take me far.
